really frustrating

It's really annoying how when you die at the wizard you have to go all the way back to the start of the game. Also, if you click the 'skip' button then you have to click again on the screen, because the keys won't move your fish otherwise - which really sucks due to reason in my first sentence.

We should at least start back at the beginning of the wizards first form when we die. Seriously; it's just a boring waste of time getting all the way back to him.

Other than that the gameplay is okay, the story/graphics/feel of the game is good though. I wish there was more rhythm to the game though, maybe in the background or something.

This is a great game all around. The graphics and gameplay are great, and the upgrades and medals keep it from getting boring. I can never hit a jeep though, in over 2 hours of playing I've only seen one and I wasn't able to hit it.

topnotch game

This is a really excellent game. I really didn't expect it to be so amazing, I like the way it progressed with the combos and everything. It was definitely enough to keep me entertained the whole game. Love the upgrade and item systems too. One of the best flash games I've ever played. I'm really impressed you managed to do this all yourself - and in only 4 months! I don't even have any criticisms, I was only expecting to play for like 10 minutes and you kept me up for almost 2 hours now!

really great game so far, I do have one question though. Is our save file from chapter 0 supposed to transfer over? I thought that it was, but it doesn't for me.

Either way, great gameplay and great style. I haven't finished it yet, but I expect to soon; and most likely multiple times.

Sucks about the army though, I hope something works out for you. Also you should see if you can make the achievements into medals, with the newgrounds medal system. If nothing else it would make a lot more people play your game.

I actually don't know how the Newgrounds Medal system works. Shouldn't be too hard to incorporate. Maybe for the next chapter.

Oh, and to answer your question, save files from 0 DO NOT transfers. I know that's a bummer, but this code is radically different from its predecessor and converting save data would be a real headache. However, seeing how this code is much more stable, I won't be messing with it anymore and saves will transfer from this point on.

The graphics, gameplay and everything else is amazing. But damn that second bowser stage is hard.

fun little puzzle game

I really liked it. Yeah the graphics and stuff could use some upgrading, but that wasn't as important as the puzzles themselves. It was really fun, and challenging enough to be interesting without being frustrating. One of the few games that kept my attention long enough to beat it. Good job!

well it was fun

Really fun for a while, but after a bit it gets repetative and frustrating. I quit at the granny summercamp boss; I just couldn't get that last hit, there were too many skeletons and she through too many firebombs so I could never get lined up. Plus the jump attacks are kind of weird, it never attacks just when I want it to.

Otherwise great atmosphere, music and everything. I just didn't feel like there was any reward to pushing onward since it seems the game is pretty much the same the whole way through. If you added medals or if you tell us there's some reward video at the end or something then I would push through the frustrating parts and beat it; but as it is there isn't even a story line so I feel the only thing left in the game is even more frustrating bosses.
